Ronald William Labbe, 48, of Goodyear, passed away on September 30, 2015, with his mother, Diana Labbe, by his side.  Ronald was born May 16, 1967, in Montebello, California to Lawrence & Diana Labbe.  He moved to Arizona in 1974.  Ronald showed a strong and powerful desire to be a Marine all his life so at the age of 21, he did just that and joined the Marine Corps. A combat veteran of Desert Storm, Cpl. Labbe held the job description of Helicopter Aircraft Mechanic. Serving 4 years, including one combat tour in Iraq, Cpl. Labbe was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Rifle Expert Badge (second award), Sea Service Deployment Ribbon(second award), Good Conduct Medal, Southeast Asia Service Medal(with 2 bronze stars), Kuwait Liberation Medal and the Pistol Expert Badge.  After serving honorably in the United States Marine Corps, Cpl. Labbe was honorably discharged to the Marine Corps reserves.  He last worked as a stocker at Amazon.  Ronald was a quiet man that enjoyed spending time with his daughters.

Ronald is survived by two daughters, Sydney and Paris; his mother, Diana; two sisters, Kathleen Horn and Patricia Westsick.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th from 5pm-8pm at Avenidas Funeral Chapel, located at 522 E Western Ave in Old Town Avondale.  Burial will take place on Friday, October 9th at 9:00am, full military honors, at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, located at 23029 North Cave Creek Road in Phoenix.
