Andrew “Andy” Rocha, 49, of
Tolleson, passed away April 30, 2014 in Avondale. Andy was born December 6, 1964 in Phoenix to
Erasmo and Mercy Rocha. Andy worked as a
bartender and was also an avid pool player.
Andy is preceded in death by
his father, Erasmo Rocha, and also his nephew, Samuel. He is survived by his mother, Mercy Rocha;
one daughter, Ana-Elesé; two sisters, Maria Ruth and Mary Ann; and also four
brothers, Jesse, Erasmo Jr, Joe, and David.
A visitation will be held on
Thursday, May 8 from 5:00pm-8:00pm at Avenidas Funeral Chapel located at 522
East Western Avenue in Old Town Avondale.
A rosary will be recited at 7:00pm.
Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 9 at 10:00am at Blessed
Sacrament Catholic Church located at 512 North 93rd Avenue in
Tolleson. Burial will immediately follow
the Mass at Holy Cross Cemetery located at 10045 West Thomas Road in Avondale.
