Micah entered this world against all odds with almost no hope for survival on 11/02/1999 in Fort Worth, TX. We were lucky enough to have him in our lives just two months shy of his 14th birthday. On August 28, 2013 at 4:33 p.m. in Litchfield Park, Arizona, he went Home.

Micah touched the lives of so many people and we wouldn't who we are today without him. Now we all go forward remembering his smile and sound of him laughing.  Be free and fly Micah Boy.

Those who will always carry him in their heart include: Mother-Lori Sears-Lozano, Father-Rob Chastain, Sisters-Hannah and Rebekah Chastain.  Grandparents: Larry and Donna Sears, Patricia Roderick and Jim and Jackie Chastain.  Uncle Larry Sears, JR and Aunt Britani Buchan.

A Remembrance of Life Ceremony will be held on Saturday, September 7 at 10:00am, at the Church of God located at 5212 Jackrabbit Trail in Buckeye.

Please feel free to share your condolences with the family and also your thoughts with friends. Perhaps a short funny moment or cherished time you spent with this loved family member who will sorely be missed and forever remembered.

I love you and miss you every second of every day my beautiful, blue-eyed boy. No one could have touched my life the way you did. I go forward now as an individual you helped to shape and Mommy to your sisters knowing that you are safe and will never suffer again. You are my angel. Be free my Micah Boy.

  2. Dearest Micah you left an indelible imprint on the hearts of those that cared for you. Though your reach was limited, you used the magic of your smiles and your laughter to grab hold of us and brighten our days. That Bubbly laughter would just assure that even though i did not get the joke, that i was still gonna laugh right with you ...it was that infectious. What a wonderful gift to share.
I Thank You. Sincerely,"Not the Momma, that nurse", Wes

You could make a stone laugh. You were always so happy and always a fighter...I can't think of anyone I would rather emulate. I wanna be like Micah.
