Leila Rae Lizarraga, was born in Phoenix, Arizona to Jose Lizarraga and Krystal Lazarin of Avondale on May 9, 2013 and went to be with the Lord on May 10, 2013.

 

Leila is survived by her parents, Jose Lizarraga and Krystal Lazarin; 1 sister, Crariza Lizarraga; grandparents, Reynaldo and Alma Lizarraga, Andy and Gloria Lazarin, and Ricardo and Sarah Cabeza; great-grandparents, Eduardo and Janie Conde and Genaro and Elisa V. Lazarin.

 

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 24, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, at Avenidas Funeral Chapel, located at 522 East Western Avenue in Avondale.
