Jose Hernandez Rodriguez, 62, of Avondale, passed away on December 4, 2012. Jose was born in San Angelo, Texas on January 12, 1950. He was a Groundskeeper. Jose is survived by his sons, Valentin Rodriguez, Jose Rodriguez, George Garcia, and Francisco Garcia; his daughters, Elena Rodriguez, and Christina Garcia; his sisters, Lydia Perez, Victoria Gutierrez, Maria Saldaña, and Linda Montoya; his brothers, Fidel Rodriguez and Rosendo Rodriguez; 7 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. Jose was preceded into death by his parents, Julio and Maria Rodriguez; his wife, Carmen Rodriguez; his daughter, Juanita Rodriguez; his sister, Susana Gonzalez; and his brothers, Daniel Rodriguez and Domingo Rodriguez.

Jose was a very loving person and will be missed dearly by his family.

A visitation will be held at Avenidas Funeral Chapel in Old Town Avondale on Wednesday, December 12, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., with a service at 6:00 p.m.  Pastor Toribio Perez will officiate.
