Wojciech Maciej Zajac, 57, of Goodyear, passed away on May
21, 2012 in Goodyear, Arizona. He was born on January 30, 1955 in Wroclaw,
Poland to Marian and Krystyna Zajac. Wojciech moved to Arizona in 2003 and
worked as a truck driver for Speedy Carrier Services. He was a veteran of the
Polish military, serving 2 years as an infantryman in the Polish Army. One of
his Wojciech’s greatest accomplishments was when he immigrated to the United
States and became a citizen of this great country.
Wojciech is survived by his wife, Wioletta Jozefa Zajac; his
daughter, Anna; his sons, Mariusz, Bogusc and Tomasz; his mother, Krystyna; his
sister, Malgorzata; his brother, Jacek; and also 1 grandchild.
A mass will be held in his honor on Sunday, May 27 at
11:00am at Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish located at 2828 West Country Gables
Drive in Phoenix, officiated by Father Jacek Wesolowski. Interment will be held
at a later date in Poland.
