Francis Ann Diaz, 56, of Avondale, passed away on February 12, 2017 in Phoenix.  She was born on May 15, 1960 in Phoenix to Ernest Caro and Patricia Romo.  Francis held many jobs in her time, including bookkeeping, secretarial services, but probably most known for her cooking at Raul & Theresa’s Mexican Restaurant in Avondale.

Francis is survived by 3 daughters, Jacqueline Bonome, Angelita Caro & Suzan Diaz; 2 sons, Patrick Caro & Ysmael Diaz; 1 sister, Paul Morgan; 1 brother, Joe Caro; 2 grandchildren; and a host of friends in the area.
