Concepcion A. Ibarra, 86, of Avondale, passed away at her residence on January 8, 2015. She was born on September 21, 1928 in Bacobampo, Sonora, Mexico to Maria Ibarra and Manuel Alvarado. Concepcion moved to Arizona in 1995, and she was a homemaker.

Concepcion is survived by two daughters, Blanca Pelayo and Maria Luna; one son, Jorge Cota; one sister, Maria Luisa Ayala Ibarra; 10 grandchildren and also 6 great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Monday, January 12 at 10:00am at Avenidas Funeral Chapel located at 522 East Western Avenue in Old Town Avondale. A service will follow the visitation at 11:00am, officiated by John Moreno.  Burial will immediately follow the service at Holy Cross Cemetery located at 10045 West Thomas Road in Avondale.
