Manuel Moreno Cota, 78, of Tolleson, passed away on May 31, 2014 in Tolleson, Arizona.  Manuel was born on April 15, 1936 in Glendale, Arizona to Frank and Gumecinda Cota.

Manuel is survived by his wife, Bertha Cota; 2 daughters, Grace Perez, and Inez Villanueva; 6 sons, Ralph, Manuel Jr., Benjamin, Richard, Henry, and George Cota; 1 sister, Virginia Sanchez; 1 brother, Reynaldo Villegas; 36 grandchildren and 50 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Gumecinda Cota; 1 sister, Antonia Villegas; and 2 brothers, Larry De la Cruz and Frank Cota.

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 6, from 5:00pm-8:00pm at Cruz del Calvario Church located at 1010 North 95^th Avenue in Tolleson.
