Maria B. Pedroza, 79, of Avondale, passed away on March 28, 2014 in Surprise, Arizona.  Maria was born on January 10, 1935 in Valparaiso, Zacatecas to Amador and Marcos Burciaga.

Maria is survived by her husband of 64 years, Juan Pedroza; 6 daughters, Emma Molina, Teresa Leal, Lupe Pedroza, Margarita Lozania, Lourdes Espitia, and Jacqueline Cruz; 2 sons, Delfino Pedroza, and Jorge Pedroza; 3 sisters, Ofelia Fonseca, Celia Burciaga, and Dora Maldonado; 5 brothers, Amador, Juan, Antonio, Beto, and Luis Burciaga; 25 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Maria was a loyal wife, loving mother and grandmother who will be missed by all.  She was a member of the Avondale SDA. 

A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 3 from 10:00am-12:00pm at Avondale Seventh Day Adventist Church located at 602 East Belmont Drive in Old Town Avondale, with a service at 12:00pm.  Burial will immediately follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery located at 10045 West Thomas Road in Avondale.
