Leonard Gallardo Jr, 33, of Goodyear, passed away on March 4, 2014 in Peoria, Arizona. Leonard was born on January 10, 1981 in Phoenix, Arizona to Leonard Sr and Maria Gallardo.

Leonard is survived by his parents, Leonard Sr and Maria Gallardo; 2 brothers, Tony and Michael Gallardo; 2 grandmothers, Manuela Padilla and Manuela Ortiz; and 1 nephew, Tony Gallardo Jr. He was preceded in death by his sister, Stephanie Gallardo.

Leonard was everybody’s superhero. He loved Superman and Bone Thugs. He was kindhearted and loving.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 11 from 9:00am-10:00am at St. John Vianney Catholic Church located at 539 East La Pasada Boulevard in Goodyear.  Mass will follow the visitation at 10:00am, also at St. John Vianney. Burial will immediately follow Mass at Holy Cross Cemetery located at 10045 West Thomas Road in Avondale.

In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation directly to the Gallardo family or at Avenidas Funeral Chapel.

I miss you dearly but I know that you're in a better place you are no longer in pain I will always treasure the moments that we've had since we grow up you never took life for granted, I've been dreaming about you lately and I want to pick up the phone and text you and call you and have our funny conversations I miss you and I love you rest in peace cousin

My most sincere condolences go out to the family of Leonard Gallardo Jr man bro you are gonna be missed dearly we had some really good times together whether it was kicking back or going to the AguaFria football games for no other reason then to mess with people or going to the lake anything we did man was fun as can be because of you bro you made life that much more fun i love you bro and will miss you but will always keep your memories alive rest in paradise see you at tha crossroads

I keep getting on your Facebook page seeing your pictures everyone comments I still can't believe your gone there is no words anyone can express for this sorrow , I can hear your laugh in my head remembering the memories we had and still cant cry, you where a man not a boy that could over come anything, my condolences goes to your family, I know we will meet again it was time for you to see your sister, I will miss you dearly nanie
