William Garr Ence, 81, of Goodyear, passed away on January 20, 2013. Garr was born April 15, 1931 in Salt Lake City, Utah.  He moved to Arizona in 2011.  Garr was a Navy Veteran and a Mason.

 

Garr is survived by his wife of 40 years, Barbara Ence; 5 nieces and nephews; and many friends.

 

In the Navy, Garr was part of the Bureau of Narcotics, he flew for the Sherriff’s Search and Rescue, he was a true lover of life and very adventurous.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, scuba diving, and playing tennis and golf.  Garr was an electrical contractor and a master of all trades.

 

A celebration of Garr’s life will be celebrated privately.
