Pedro
Escobedo, 69, of Goodyear, went to be with the Lord on October 10, 2012. Pedro
was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico to Guadalupe
and Pedro Escobedo on May 31, 1943. Pedro chosen career was that as a Steel Worker. A devout Catholic he was also
a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church of Goodyear. Pedro is is survived by his wife of 48
years, Irene Escobedo; his daughter, Rosemary Escobedo; his sons, Pedro (Lila),
Richard, Marc (Damaris), and Johnny (Claudia) Escobedo; his mother, Guadalupe
Escobedo; his sister, Juanita Escobedo; his brothers, Juan and Raymond Escobedo;
8 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. Pedro was preceded into death
by his beloved son, Steve Escobedo; his father, Pedro Escobedo; and his sister, Estela
Mendoza.
A visitation will be held on Monday, October 15 from 5:00pm-8:00pm at Avenidas Funeral Chapel located at 522 East Western Avenue in Old Town Avondale. A service will take place during the visitation starting at 6:00pm that evening.

My condolences to your family. May Pedro rest in peace and may you have comfort in knowing he lived a long, happy life full of love. He is now with Steve watching over you and you will be reunited one day. May you all find strength during this difficult time and know that we love and care about you. You are in my prayers.

ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry to hear of Uncle Pete's passing. He will live forever in my heart. There isn't a childhood memory that I have that doesn't include all of you. May you RIP Uncle Pete, until we meet again. I love you. Your niece Maria
