Pauline V. Gamez, 81, of Goodyear, passed away November 4, 2016 at her home.  She was born on December 29, 1934 in Mesquite, New Mexico to Santos and Benita Vasquez.  Pauline moved to Arizona in 1954, and was a homemaker.

She is survived by 7 daughters, Delfina Ramirez, Juanita Pina, Linda Regalado, Virginia Perez, Cecilia Serrano, Sylvia Baca, and Priscilla Baca; 2 sons, Adolfo Baca and Benjamin Baca; 3 sisters, Benita Guerrero, Elvira Levario, and Maria Marquez; 2 brothers, Reymundo Vasquez and Santos Vasquez Jr; 56 grandchildren, 116 great-grandchildren, and also 18 great-great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her eldest son, Jose Manuel Alvidrez.

A visitation will be held at St. John Vianney Catholic Church on Thursday, November 10 at 9:30am.  A Rosary will be recited at 10:30am, with Mass beginning at 11:30am.  Burial will immediately follow the Mass at Holy Cross Cemetery located at 10045 West Thomas Road in Avondale.
