Leticia Ivette Pando, 45, of Goodyear, passed away on August 22, 2014 in Phoenix, Arizona.  Leticia was born on June 4, 1969 in Tijuana, Baja California to Jose and Antonina Pando.

Leticia is survived by 2 daughters, Chelsea and Dani Velasquez; 1 son, Javier Cancel; her father, Jose Pando; 3 sisters, Maxy Soto, Margarita Zavala, and Martha Pitones; 4 brothers, Richard, Rodrigo, Ramiro, and Omar Pando; and 1 grandchild.

A visitation will be held on Friday, August 29 from 12:30pm-2:30pm at Avenidas Funeral Chapel located at 522 East Western Avenue in Old Town Avondale.
