Martin
Gene Shepard, 75, of Avondale, passed away on February 12, 2014 of natural
causes in Glendale, Arizona. Martin was
born on February 7, 1939 in Hamilton, Ohio to Martin and Mayme Shepard. He was
a retired History Teacher. Martin was a
proud member of Phoenix West Elks for 47 years.
Martin
is survived by his wife, Paula J. Shepard; 3 daughters, Lori, Lisa, and
Michelle; 1 son, Martin Shepard; 1 sister, Sherri; 2 brothers, Steve and Gary;
14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
A
Memorial Service is scheduled for Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at
Phoenix West Lodge #2729 located at 5525 West Colter in Glendale.
